Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally allowed to bet online where you are located. We may request proof of age and identity.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for all activity on your account. One account per person. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, attempt fraud, or misuse promotions.
Betting & games
Odds, markets, and game outcomes are provided as displayed at the time of acceptance. Once a bet is accepted it cannot be cancelled except where required by law or our settlement rules. Crash and other instant games settle according to the published multiplier and rules on the product page.
Wallet & deposits
Funds are held for betting and related product use only. Deposits are credited after payment confirmation. We may refuse or reverse transactions that appear fraudulent or erroneous. Withdrawals (where offered) are subject to verification and our processing timelines.
Settlement
We settle bets based on official results and our internal market rules. In case of obvious errors (wrong odds, wrong event), we may void or correct affected bets.
Prohibited use
Do not use bots, exploit bugs, collude, launder money, or access the service from restricted jurisdictions. We cooperate with lawful requests from regulators and payment partners.
Liability
Mr Analyst Stake is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including betting losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
